New York Fashion Week is my favorite week of the year. This year the shows were top notch: including the retro Moschino show, that leads me to believe Jeremy Scott was born in the wrong decade, the boho Tommy Hilfiger, and the grungy Alexander Wang. Carolina Herrera's simplicity and refinement won over my heart this year. The location was perfect, the clothes were incredible, and the vibe was just right. Every line was pristine, the colors were simple and refreshing, and some of my favorite models walked the Herrera runway. Any type A person's heart would skip a beat over how symetrical and perfect her cutouts were. The show was opened by none other than Lily Aldridge, the Californian Angel, and a stream of heart-stopping models and designs followed. Romee Strijd, Martha Hunt, and Kate Grigorieva were a few of the supermodels working it down the catwalk. The reason I liked Carolina Herrera so much this year because it was absolutely beautiful. I wish I could wear some of the dresses to prom (I like to plan ahead)! OOOOOHHHHH and I loved the shoes!

Give me all of it!
